Due to Covid-19, Granola Child does NOT accept items for return or exchange until further notice. Items purchased on the site are final sale. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out at info@granolachild.com, preferably prior to placing your order.

Damages or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the event that you have received an incorrect or damaged item, or you have any questions, please contact customer service at info@granolachild.com within 2 days of delivery date. Include a description of the issue along with photos of the issue and the packaging materials (to initiate an insurance claim on damages) along with the order number so we can find a speedy resolution.
