Where is Granola Child based?

Granola Child is based out of Atlanta GA. However, I work with warehouses internationally so orders may ship separately and from outside of the US. 

When will my order ship?

Orders normally take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped. This is the average time an order takes to ship. This timeframe can be longer or shorter due to varying demands, order volumes and holidays so processing times may vary.

How long does shipping take?

Granola Child partners with warehouses and merchants nationally and internationally. Shipping may take place from outside the US. Therefore, while packages arrive to the US on average in 15 days, it may take up to 30 days to receive your package. International shipping takes on average 20 days, but may take up to 45 days to arrive.

If you order more than 1 item, each item may ship from a different warehouse. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers for each package.

US processing + shipping time = 5 - 25 days on average
International processing + shipping time = 15 -35 days average

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

Contact me asap! info@granolachild.com and provide your order #, item and pictures of the damaged item and packaging.

I entered my address incorrectly, please help!

Contact me asap at info@granolachild.com and I will attempt to assist if the order has not been shipped. Please ensure you double check your address prior to placing your order.

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Also, the email address on file could have been entered incorrectly. Check your order by logging into your account and select the "My Orders" option to review your order.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship within the US.  

Do you have a size guide?

Because I work with various manufacturers and warehouses, sizing and cuts vary by item. To assist, each item has it's own size chart on its page. 

How do the gift cards work?

Gift cards are available in select denominations for use at this website only. Gift cards are not refundable, not redeemable for cash and not reloadable. Gift cars do not expire, have no fees and do not reduce in value over time.  

 Do you sell men's clothing?

Currently, we only sell clothing for women but there is potential men's clothing will be added in the future. 

Do you sell granola?

Not at this time but it is in the plans. Email me your favorite granola ingredients!
