Shipping and Delivery

 Upon creating this store, the vision was to curate aisles with eclectic, unique pieces. While I was able to find the merchandise, a lot of the dopest items weren't in the states; therefore, many items are imported. Because of this, processing & shipping may take a bit longer. I appreciate your patience and understanding.  

Domestic item estimated processing + shipping times = 5-25 days
Imported item estimated processing + shipping times= 10-45 days

 Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  All credit card charges are in US dollars. For any questions, reach out via email helpme@granolachild.com. 

  • Orders submitted on the weekend will be processed the following Monday and orders placed on a holiday will begin processing the next business day. Processing time is separate and in addition to shipping time.
  • Granola Child attempts to ship in a speedy fashion but does not guarantee specific delivery times. Once the order is shipped, you will receive tracking information. You may track your order at any time once  you receive the tracking information. 
  • To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please double check that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information (ex. apartment numbers and abbreviations). Granola Child does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.Once an order has been processed, the address cannot be altered. Please reach asap if you notice a mistake at helpme@granolachild.com
  • When there is a high volume of orders, processing and shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for processing and delivery.
  • Product pages detail whether the item is shipping domestically or internationally.

Granola Child is based in the US. However, items have been curated internationally and orders are shipped directly from partner warehouses, which may be outside of the US. You may receive multiple packages for your order. You will receive tracking for each package if they ship separately.  

Delivery Claims

You have the option to add Route Package protection to your order on the Cart Screen. Please note: Granola Child is not responsible for lost or stolen packages so take advantage of Route! Learn more about Route here. 

Once your item ships, you will receive tracking information with the carrier. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact the designated carrier first to resolve. If the carrier is not able to assist, then Route will step in, if it was added to your cart.

By completing an order with Granola Child, you are agreeing to our Shipping and Delivery policy and terms. Refunds or credits are not issued for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered, lost, stolen or delayed packages.

International Orders

International items are shipped DDU "Delivery Duty Unpaid".  These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include: The Sales Tax applied by your country for international purchases and duties charged for processing in your country.  I'm unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur and these charges are not included in the cost of the order or shipping costs. Contact your local customs office if you are unsure of customs taxes and fees. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package.

In the event that import taxes and duties are not paid on arrival at the destination country and the shipment is refused by the receiver, the seller will request the freight carrier to return the goods. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the purchaser will receive a refund of the item/s less any freight costs incurred. For questions or concerns, please email info@granolachild.com.

Out of Stock Items

If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, the warehouse will go ahead and ship the rest of your order and a refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

 Returned to Sender OR Refused Packages

This happens in the following cases

1. The address is invalid or missing information
2. The carrier is unable to deliver your package
3. The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery

Returned-to-sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an e-gift card minus any shipping charges. I am unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in the system. To ensure your package is properly delivered, please double check to ensure the address is entered correctly with all necessary information, including street, apartment and building numbers.
