*Items noted with a 7-day return window on the product page can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for any reason without Seel Return Assurance. Customer will have to pay the cost of return shipping and the return request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached in original packaging. Items will be inspected once received. Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements will not be accepted. Adding shipping insurance & tracking to your return is encouraged. Granola Child will not be held liable for lost packages. This only applies to product pages noted "This item has a 7 day return window" within the product description.
Shoes
Shoes are eligible for return only within 7 calendar days of delivery. Return shipping costs are customer responsiblility and are not refundable. Granola Child does not pay for shipping costs. Please contact customer service at helpme@granolachild.com within 7 calendar days of delivery date to be issued an RA form for return.
When we receive your return shipment, the item(s) will be carefully inspected. Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will not be accepted. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Once it is processed, you will receive your refund, minus shipping, in the same remittance used for purchase. Adding shipping insurance & tracking to your return is encouraged. Granola Child will not be held liable for lost packages.
Damages or Incorrect Orders
Quality checks are done on all packages before shipping. While it doesn't happen often, there are times where there could be an issue with an order arriving damaged. Granola Child accepts free return requests for damaged items or incorrect orders only! If you receive a damaged OR incorrect item (the sizing doesn't match the chart on the product page or the item is incorrect) please see below on how it will be handled.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. In the event that you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact customer service at helpme@granolachild.com within 2 days of delivery date. Include a description of the issue, photos of the problem and packaging materials (to initiate an insurance claim on damages, if necessary) along with the order number.
Giftcards
Please be advised that Granola Child DOES NOT accept returns on giftcard purchases.
Cancel or Change Order
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once processing begins. Orders cancelled prior to processing will incur a 5% transaction fee.
