Please ensure that you double check size charts prior to ordering. If you have questions about sizing, fit or color, please reach out to info@granolachild.com for assistance BEFORE ordering.
Granola Child partners with Seel Return Assurance to offer refunds. Receive a  refund only when you add Seel Return Assurance to your purchase on the Cart Page at checkout. If you choose not to purchase Seel Return Assurance, your purchase is not eligible for a refund. Seel Return Assurance is nonrefundable once purchased. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance here.  
 
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags and accessories attached

     Items will be inspected once received. Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements will not be accepted. Adding shipping insurance & tracking to your return is encouraged. Granola Child nor Seel Return Assurance will not be held liable for lost packages.

    Contact Seel directly to start a claim

    Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Once it is processed, you will receive your store credit, minus shipping if a return label was issued.

    Damages or Incorrect Orders

    Quality checks are done on all packages before shipping. While it doesn't happen often, there are times where there could be an issue with an order arriving damaged or incorrect. If the item received is incorrect (size, color or just incorrect), please reach out so we can make it right!

    Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. In the event that you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact customer service at info@granolachild.com within 3 days of delivery date. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the problem & packaging materials (to initiate an insurance claim on damages, if necessary). 

    Giftcards

    Please be advised that Granola Child DOES NOT accept returns on giftcard purchases.

     Cancel or Change Order

     Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once processing begins. Processing starts within 1-2 hours of order placement.  Orders approved to be cancelled prior to processing will incur a 5% transaction fee.
