Quality checks are done on all packages before shipping. While it doesn't happen often, there are times where there could be an issue with an order. Granola Child accepts return requests for defective items or incorrect orders only! If you receive a damaged item, the sizing doesn't match the chart on the product page or the item is incorrect, please see below on how it will be handled.
Damages or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the event that you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact customer service at helpme@granolachild.com within 2 days of delivery date. Include a description of the issue, photos of the problem and packaging materials (to initiate an insurance claim on damages, if necessary) along with the order number.
Cancel or Change Order
Orders cannot be changed (ex. size, color, address, etc.) once submitted. Orders may potentially be able to be cancelled if they have not started processing. Please send an email to helpme@granolachild.com for assistance. Once an order begins processing, it cannot be cancelled.
