Please be advised that Granola Child DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please ensure that you double check sizing prior to ordering. If you have questions about sizing, fit or color, please reach out to helpme@granolachild.com for assistance BEFORE ordering.

Quality checks are done on all packages before shipping. While it doesn't happen often, there are times where there could be an issue with an order arriving damaged. Granola Child accepts return requests for damaged items or incorrect orders only! If you receive a damaged OR incorrect item (the sizing doesn't match the chart on the product page or the item is incorrect) please see below on how it will be handled.

Shoes

Shoes are eligible for return only within 7 calendar days of delivery. Shipping costs are customer responsiblility and are not refundable. Granola Child does not pay for shipping costs. Please contact customer service at helpme@granolachild.com within 7 calendar days of delivery date to be issued an RA form for return. 

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags and accessories attached

When we receive your return shipment, the item(s) will be carefully inspected. Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will not be accepted. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Once it is processed, you will receive your refund, minus shipping, in the same remittance used for purchase.

Damages or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the event that you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact customer service at helpme@granolachild.com within 2 days of delivery date. Include a description of the issue, photos of the problem and packaging materials (to initiate an insurance claim on damages, if necessary) along with the order number. 

 Cancel or Change Order

 Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted.
