Granola Child partners with Seel Return Assurance to offer refunds. Receive a refund when you add Seel Return Assurance to your purchase on the Cart Page at checkout. If you choose not to purchase Seel Return Assurance, your purchase is not eligible for a refund. Seel Return Assurance is nonrefundable once purchased.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. Merchandise must have all original tags and accessories attached

Items will be inspected once received. Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements will not be accepted. Adding shipping insurance & tracking to your return is encouraged. Granola Child nor Seel Return Assurance will not be held liable for lost packages. Contact Seel directly to start a claim.

Imported item estimated processing + shipping times= 10-25 days
